Your booking will be confirmed upon 100% advance payment.
We can arrange for pick-up or drop to airport or railway station and local tours on chargeable basis.
We understand holiday plans can unfortunately change sometimes. In case of cancellations, the refund (minus any bank or processing charges) will be due to you within 10 working days as per below.
100% refund if cancelled 30 days or more; 50% refund if cancelled 14 - 30 days and No refund if cancelled within 14 days; prior to Check In date and time.

Fri - Sun: Rs.11,000 + Taxes [Net Rs.12,980]
Sun - Thu: Rs.10,000 + Taxes [Net Rs.11,800]
The Check-in time is 3:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We try and accommodate early Check-ins and late Check-outs subject to availability. You can however drop off your bags. Check-in between 6:00 - 12:00 p.m. and Check-out after 3:00 p.m will entail half day charges. Check-in before 6:00am and check-out after 3:00 pm will entail a additional full night charge
As per Government of India regulations all guests are required to carry one valid photo identity for the mandatory check at the time of Check-in. The following are considered as valid photo ID: For Indians: Driving license, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport. For Foreigners including OCI: Passport (Mandatory) plus valid visa or OCI card. For foreign residents employed in India, it is mandatory to carry the work permit. The property will register Form C with FRRO as per norms
Fauna Villa Rate
Fri - Sun: Rs.12,500 + Taxes [Net Rs.14,750]
Sun - Thu: Rs.11,500 + Taxes [Net Rs.13,570]

Above Rates are for 2 adults in each villa and per night. Complimentary for upto 1 infant (under 2 years) in the same villa. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults per Villa. No group of male only. Any person who is not pre-booked will be denied entry to the property. NO last minute / walk-in bookings
