Not to miss to plan a picnic in the spacious Tree House. On demand of our daughter the Tree House was built on a Silveroak tree by her Dad so that she has a fulfilling vacation every time we visit our 2nd home. The spacious Tree house stands tall among the valley overlooking a stunning 360 degree view of the entire mountain. Picture perfect location of the Kattery Waterfall and sound of rumbling water. The sunrise view from here is AMAZING !!!

Property Details
The Check-in time is 2:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m. We try and accommodate early Check-ins and late Check-outs subject to availability. You can however drop off your bags. Check-ins between 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. and Check-outs from 5:00-9:00 p.m will entail half day charges. Check-in before 6:00am and check-out after 9pm will entail a additional full night charge
As per Government of India regulations all guests are required to carry one valid photo identity for the mandatory check at the time of Check-in. The following are considered as valid photo ID: For Indians: Driving license, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport. For Foreigners including OCI: Passport (Mandatory) plus valid visa or OCI card. For foreign residents employed in India, it is mandatory to carry the work permit. The property will register Form C with FRRO as per norms
Property has two ensuite villas (each villa is spacious 630 SqFt of carpet area) and can comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests and a child on the same bed as the parents. On request linen and duvet will be provided to accommodate another child on bed or sofa. We do not accommodate more than 2 adults + 2 kids (under 12 yrs age) or 3 adults in a room. Additional charges apply beyond 2 persons
