We absolutely loved our stay at this place.. the property is well maintained and has stunning views! It is away from the rush of the city and provides a great getaway. The rooms were clean and there was 24hr hot water in the showers which was great! The caretaker Hasuda was very warm and willing of our requests. They provided an in-house chef.. The food was fresh and positively delicious.
Thank you Rakesh and Simple for being great hosts.
We highly recommend booking this property, you will not be disappointed! You literally don’t need to move out of the property to have a good time.

We were planning for our first anniversary so we were looking for an offbeat place to spend some quality time together. We found this Airbnb to be a bit away yet very much accessible from the city. The hosts were very welcoming and super friendly and it felt like home as if we were having a family get together. The property was super clean and completely safe despite being on the outskirts.
Hasu Da(Caretaker) was also very much helpful and was always available for all our needs till the end.
Definitely a must visit property for couples who like to spend some quality time amidst nature and away from the crowd.

Our experience at this Conoor/Ooty Airbnb surpassed all expectations. Nestled among the hills, the setting offered a serene escape with a panoramic view that unfolded magic every day. Waking up to the dance of clouds and the symphony of nature added an enchanting dimension to our stay. Simple and Rakesh, the hosts, were super helpful, accomodating, and evn helped us with valuable insights on nearby places to explore and routes to take. The villa, aside from its aesthetic charm, immersed us in comfort and tranquility—perfect for a couple. Enhanced by modern amenities and premium furnishings, our retreat was nothing short of sublime. This Airbnb is a testament to the beauty of its surroundings that elevated our experience.

This was inarguably the best stay experience we have had in India.
The amount of detail Rakesh and Simple have tended to in the villas and the property, in general, is something to observe and applaud. Of course, this has been built with extreme passion and love as their own holiday home, and we were lucky to experience it with them on their vacation. I hope future guests also keep it as pristine as it is. Besides the luxury stay, we also got detailed recommendations on places to visit and eat.
This trip was a milestone event for us anyway with my wife's birthday and the first roadtrip with our 7-month old. We went hoping for a clean, quiet stay in the middle of nature, overlooking a valley and a waterfall. What we didn't expect but got in plenty was the warmth and love, great conversations, a birthday surprise, local souvenirs and moments to cherish and take back. ❤️ The message box here is limiting the words I can write, but I think the memories and bonds we created are limitless.

The place is amazing and the surroundings very beautiful. Simple is very quick to respond to any questions and Hassu the caretaker is very helpful. We liked the caretaker alot. We would 100% recommend the place to anyone wanting to get out of the busy areas and appreciate the Indian mountainside.

The photos doesnot justify the place the morning bedview is amazing and the place is very well made the host is quite helpful and proactive in helping you. The help at the property hasu is always keen and ready to help very nice guy. This place is a must visit if you want to relax from the city life.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Simple is the most thoughtful, fun host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and terrace are clean and light. The location was incredible. Simple had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. She went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Hasu (caretaker) was of great help and such a gentleman Thanks simple and silver homes for such a wonderful time! We will be back Yohan

New in Nilgiris. With the monsoon rains, Kattery falls is a sight to behold from their tree house. We enjoyed the picnic in the large tree house, plucked some tea leaves and overall had an amazing experience. The 1 BR villa was huge, very spacious, with a personal kitchenette equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, cutleries and plates. Lovely selection of local tea and coffee. Fresh and quality bed linen, super soft comforter and towels ( saw UV light application). Got complimentary continental breakfast ( I chose ready to eat poha and boiled egg), was not called out in Airbnb. No cooking allowed in kitchenette, but could heat up from outside. Multiple local food options nearby, with a 5 - star hotel nearby.
No cook on property, so no no lunch or dinner, but not an issue as brought food back from outside.
Super friendly host, provided guidance on local sight seeing, suggested some different restaurants across different budgets.
Will definitely come back and stay longer.

There aren’t any words that can capture the experience. this is one of best holidays that we have had..
The place- its absolutely stunning.. surrounded by the Nilgiris you sit in the lap of luxury and yet be a part of the nature.. Surreal and mesmerising views right from the comfort of the villa itself. We witnessed the most gorgeous sunrises and moonlight from the villa itself.. Its state of the art accommodation.. luxury redefined. Sparkling clean villas and linens.. the entire place is a reflection of how each and everything has been thought through and handpicked.
The host - Simple is the best host one can ever ask for.. I rather call her my friend now.. from the time of the reservation till the end of our stay.. she ensured our comfort and is always available in case u ask for more.. her passion for nature and guidance on things to do.. made it so very special.
The caretaker- Hasu da and his unparalleled service made it so special.
The pet - Buddy is indeed our buddy now.

Beautiful play to stay. Spent 3 nights there and Simple and Rakesh along with their caretaker Hasu da made sure that it’s the most peaceful and relaxing stay we could have. The property is built on the side of the mountain and has a beautiful panoramic view of the valley and mountains, you could also see coimbatore in the distance right from the patio. There is a small tree house as well, perfect for enjoying your evening tea while looking at the Kattery waterfalls. The rooms are spacious with a kitchenette attached, a sitting area, a bed and a rocking lounger. You get a full length glass facade that faces the valley in the front with options for shutters should you need more privacy. You can also have a bon fire out in the open and it looks beautiful at night when the temperature drops. Ooty and coonoor are about ~20 mins each, while there is a small market nearby for essentials. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Highly highly recommend, worth your time and money

The place is landscaped and designed very aesthetically.The villa is furnished very well, especially the royal double bed, rocking chair and the kitchenette. Glass doors can be kept fully open to enjoy the view. We enjoyed our evening tea on the tree house and dinner at the gazebo by the bonfire which the friendly caretaker Hasu arranged at a nominal extra cost. Lunch and dinner we bought from the nearby eateries. Complimentary breakfast was quite filling. If you are an early riser, must enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the bench outside the villa, also the sound of the blowing wind, swaying trees, Katteri falls on the side, colourful flowers all over the place. Even saw Passion fruit and Mandarin oranges in the garden. Can't forget to mention the exuberant retriever Buddy. The only problem is that once you stay in a place like this, don't feel like returning to the concrete jungle. Will surely plan to return here again
